Fitout Frankie
THE CHALLENGE
Fitout Frankie is a family-owned commercial fitout business on the Gold Coast that was launched late 2024. With decades of experience under their belts, the owners were not newcomers to the industry, but were looking forward to building a business that could reflect their ethos of authenticity and quality.
This meant the owners needed a new brand identity that spoke to their long-term experience, but would still be fresh, modern, exciting and appeal to a wide range of potential clients.
Deliverables included a full brand identity, including: logo(s), typography, colour palette, photography direction and web design.
THE SOLUTION
Putting together the creative direction for Fitout Frankie was a really rewarding process. With a comprehensive brief gathered from the client and an open approach to the brand, we worked together to create an identity that would work for them.
The logo for Fitout Frankie contained custom type and was angled to denote action. Contained within a shape, this reflected the business's work of building unique fitouts within commercial buildings. Its submark reflects the same.

By using photos infused with noise and grain until the image was almost abstract, we helped trigger nostalgia as well as create visually interesting compositions. When used on the website, the viewer could hover across the image and it would reveal a full-coloured photo of Fitout Frankie's work.

The colour palette was driven by the client's wish to use a lime green colour as a point of difference. Adding in a rich green and peach orange to the mix helped to round out the bright colour, keeping it modern, fresh and clean. ​
